Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Radio Retail streaming service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Radio Retail provides in-store audio streaming services for retail environments. The Service includes:

• Audio streaming to authorized devices
• Device registration and management
• Stream scheduling and configuration

Authorization and Access

Access to the Service requires valid authorization through:

• A valid stream code provided by your organization
• Device activation through QR code or activation code
• Valid credentials for administrative access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share access credentials or stream codes with unauthorized parties
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent access controls
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Redistribute or publicly broadcast streamed content without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Radio Retail (Pty) Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Audio content streamed through the Service remains the property of their respective rights holders.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radio Retail (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
